I haven’t exercised in years, am I still a candidate for your style of training?
Each workout is customized to suit clients’ abilities and help them reach their goals. As you continue to build up your endurance, your workouts will reflect your increased stamina, but will never become too difficult so that you can’t complete them. Our goal is to challenge you at your own level and we train people at every fitness level.
I don’t like working out in front of a lot of people. Are there other clients in the facility at all times?
The facility is geared towards one-on-one and small group training. You will have personalized attention in a fairly private setting, which makes it easier to focus on your workout.
What sets BRN Fitness apart from other training facilities?
To put it simply, we have the most experienced and dynamic trainers in the city of Pittsburgh. Every trainer holds at least a B.S. Degree in Exercise Science or other related field. Many have or are working toward master’s degrees. We have worked with professional athletes, CEOs and students and professionals of all ages with varying goals.
