I have tried many protein pancake recipes, but this one is by far the most simple and delicious! This is a breakfast that is not only healthy, but low in carbs, and full of protein to stay energized all day long. If you have had a bad experience with protein pancakes before, give these a try, you won’t regret it!
Ingredients:
1 scoop protein powder- preferably vanilla
½ cup cottage cheese
½ cup oats
1 cup egg whites
Directions:
Step 1. Get a bowl or, better yet, use a blender/food processor
Step 2. Pour in all of the ingredients and mix/blend until smooth
Step 3. Fry in a pan with a little oil
Step 4. Flip with a spatula until both sides are golden brown
Step 5. Enjoy
Topping ideas:
-Honey
-Maple syrup
-Berries of any kind
-Peanut or almond butter
