Protein Pumpkin Spice Latte
Here is a lovely recipe from one of our trainers Maura Marasco….Enjoy
Ahead of time brew coffee and pour into ice tray for coffee ice cubes
Ingredients
- 6 coffee ice cubed
- 1/4 cup of almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop About Time cinnamon swirl whey protein (or brand of choice)
- 1 tbsp fat free whipped cream (optional)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in blender
- Blend until desired consistency is reached
- May need to add additional ice or milk depending on texture
- Pour into glass, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon
