Banana Zucchini Muffins
1 cup zucchini-food processed and liquid squeezed out
2 bananas
1 egg
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 cup of oats
1/2 tsp of organic salt
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
